Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Please check your parcel upon receiving it from the delivery company, if there is an error with the order please contact us within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the problem and the order number.
All signed for parcels will only be delivered if a signature has been obtained, the onus is on the customer to ensure any person who signs for the parcel is authorised to do so. We accept NO liability if an unauthorised person signs for the parcel therefore nullifying any claims for a refund. In the unlikely event a refund is the only outcome and there has been no errors made from our part then a refund is applicable of the invoice total less 30%, any postage charges occurred must be paid by the customer.
If an order is too large to fit all in the same box, we may split the order into separate boxes. Although we keep large boxes for postage sometimes the weight can be an issue, so to meet the delivery company health and safety rules, at times we may have to send large orders separately.
Please be aware sometimes the split order may arrive at different times with a different carrier. We always try to be consistent but sometimes this type of a situation can occur.
